We have recently manufactured two sets of 3t12m folding boom telescopic cranes, which are now prepared for shipping.
These cranes are destined for a renowned shipyard in India, marking the first time OUCO cranes have obtained certification from the Indian Register of Shipping (IRClass).
This milestone project has provided our team with valuable experience and a comprehensive understanding of the certification process and requirements of IRClass.
Armed with this newfound expertise, OUCO is now fully capable of serving customers who require marine cranes certified by IRClass.
For this order, we went above and beyond to meet the customer’s rigorous specifications. In the technical design and manufacturing process, OUCO has ensured the following:
- All secondary welding components, such as pipe clamps and flat irons for wiring, underwent thorough polishing for a seamless finish without any air holes.
- The surfaces of all purchased crane parts, including the electric control box, cables, and oil pipes, were meticulously cleaned to eliminate any traces of paint or oil stains.
- Processed parts, such as exposed grooves, flange surfaces, and shafts, were coated with dura coat anti-rust oil to ensure superior protection.
- Each shipped part was thoughtfully wrapped in dust-proof stretch film to safeguard its integrity.
- To prevent collisions, plywood or cardboard was added to the matched flange surfaces.
- For enhanced durability, a corrosion-resistant paint was applied with a substantial thickness of up to 300um.
