Technical Experts

	Jan Kjærstad With over 35 years of experience in the marine, offshore, and fishing sectors, Jan has held key roles at ODIM, Rolls-Royce Marine, and Seaonics. He is a recognized expert in winch technology and automation, notably playing a pivotal role in the early adoption of electric winch systems and collaborating with Scantrol to implement advanced trawl winch solutions.
	Wang Gang As a Senior Engineer with a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Wang brings 18 years of deep expertise in high-end offshore equipment. He specializes in the design and full-lifecycle project management of drilling platform automation and AHC crane systems, with a proven track record in leading domestic localization and engineering projects.
	Peter de Jong With over 40 years of international experience, Peter is an expert in the design, manufacturing, and lifecycle management of offshore equipment. He possesses an extensive understanding of European design standards and holds a wealth of site experience across Europe and Southeast Asia, ensuring compliance with complex technical requirements and project environments.

Our Workforce

OUCO has specialized design team, production and processing team, welding team, painting team, installation team, transportation team and sales team. The company has more than 150 employees, 20 technicians, including 5 with senior titles, 10 with intermediate titles, 50 welders certified by major institutions such as CCS and ABS, and many flaw detectors, quality system auditors and inspectors certified by professional institutions.
