OUCO Industry, which was established in February 1984, covers an area of 48,000 square meters, construction area is 35,000 square meters.

OUCO is headquartered in the crane hometown of Jiangsu Province, the most advanced machinery manufacturing level in China. OUCO has more than 150 employees, 20 are technical staff. Among that has five senior titles, 10 mid-level titles, and a total of 50 welders (who has got CCS, ABS, and other main institutions’ certification). It also has professional organization certificated flaw detection staff, the quality system audit staff, and inspection personnel, etc.

OUCO provides high-quality handling solutions and access systems for the Crane, port industries, and various non-standard structural parts. The company has its own developing, designing, and manufacturing capacity for products of metallurgical complete sets of equipment, marine cranes, truck cranes, boiler desulfurization, and denitrification environmental protection products in the air pollution control field. Company products are widely used in the metallurgical, ship, port, electricity, petroleum, building materials, and chemical
industries.

OUCO has subsidiaries in several countries and serves a global client base from strategic points in Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia and The Middle East. It has an annual output of 11,000 tons of steel structure production capacity.

History of OUCO

1984

Wuxi Linglong Machinery Co., Ltd. was established by family Xu, headquartered in crane hometown of Jiangsu Province where representing most advanced machinery manufacturing level in China, mainly engaged in the processing of crane parts.

1985

We tried to start producing truck cranes by ourselves.

1989

We started to produce marine cranes in accordance with higher marine standards.

1995

Our cranes are widely sold in domestic market.

1999

Our sister company, Jiangsu Guanhai Heavy Industry and Technology Co., Ltd. was established, and started to produce port equipment, including grab buckets, container spreaders and port cranes.

2006

"Guaihai" is registered as “Famous Trademark” in China.

2007

Our grab buckets and container spreaders are widely used in major ports in China.

2009

A second sister company, Jiangsu OUCO Marine and Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. was established, and started to produce Eco port hoppers.

2011

We started to export our cranes and port equipment worldwide through trading companies.

2012

Our company set up our own foreign trade department, which consists of foreign trade sales and after-sales technicians.

2014

Exports reach half of the company's total output value.

2016

Through the consolidation of Linglong Machinery, Guanhai Heavy Industry, and OUCO Environmental Protection, we have formed OUCO Industry — a new entity with an annual steel structure production capacity of 11,000 tons.

2018

"OUCO" is registered as a trademark and provides professional marine solutions and port solutions for global customers.

2019

OUCO Industry established long-term cooperation with Sany Group and became one of their important production base.

2020

To better serve our overseas customers and support the company’s growth, we have expanded our international sales team and relocated to a new office.

2022

We hosted the OUCO Global Ocean Festival, using online promotions, factory live streams, special order discounts, and more to strengthen connections with global maritime users and expand our brand presence worldwide.

2024

2026
