A: Yes, we have our own engineering team who can design based on technical specifications.

  • Q: How can I know more about your factory?

A: We welcome you to visit and inspect our factory, or if you are not available in traveling, we can provide video inspection in our factory and every workshop.

  • Q: Will you provide after-sales service?

A: Sure, we can respond to any technical solutions within 24 hours. We also have marine service partners overseas who can visit at user’s working site.

  • Q: Do you have any advanced manufacturing equipment in your workshop?

A: Yes surely. We have advanced and high-quality boring machines, milling machines, and a large capacity of cranes.

  • Q: How many countries are your products sold to?

A: Our target is all over the world, mainly in Asin like Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, and the Middle East, Europe like Spain, Holland, South America like Chile and Honduras, also Arica, etc.

  • Q: How do you control the quality?

A: The raw material of steel we all use is certified by Authorities, and steel plate type covers DH36, EH36, HG70, etc to meet different standards and technical requirements. And for each progress of the manufacturing, depending on certification, the third parties shall inspect and review each procedure.

  • Q: Any famous and reputed brand you will prefer?

A: To keep high quality and faster delivery, for major components, we always choose ABB, DANFOSS, LEDUC, SIMENS, Schneider, Rexroth, PARKER, etc.

  • Q: Will you provide professional document control?

A: Yes, we take document control very seriously, as we understand the importance of ensuring that the product and system continue to run smoothly even after several years. That’s why we provide manuals related to operation, maintenance, commissioning, and troubleshooting, among other important aspects, to ensure that our customers have all the information they need to use and maintain our products effectively.

  • Q: What is the procedure your factory provides solutions for our requirements?

A: We can provide General Arrangement drawing within 24 hours for the user to confirm, then we will send a commercial invoice for reference after confirmation.

  • Q: Does your company participate in various exhibitions?

A: Of course, We attend world-famous trade shows and exhibitions in the marine and offshore fields, such as Marintec China Exhibition in Shanghai, ASIA PACIFIC MARITIME in Singapore, Bari-Ship Exhibition in Japan, Seatrade Maritime Exhibition in Abu Dhabi, NEVA Marine and Offshore Exhibition in Russia, etc.
