OUCO is a leading provider of customized marine equipment in China. Recently, we have successfully produced and delivered two sets of 0.8t7m knuckle & telescopic boom cranes to China Merchants Heavy Industry (Jiangsu) Co. Ltd.
These cranes have been specifically designed to support the oil spill recovery system. The OUCO-0.8T7M-KTB cranes boast impressive capabilities, able to lift 0.8t at a reach of 7m even in challenging class 4 sea state conditions. Their unique folding boom design ensures compatibility with ships facing limited space, allowing for flexible installation on both the port and starboard sides.
To enhance operational efficiency, the cranes are equipped with an automatic release hook, enabling seamless release of the oil skimmer underwater. Furthermore, customers have the option to choose a Danfoss hydraulic motor for the winch, ensuring reliable performance. The hand-operated valve, manufactured by renowned brand Danfoss, offers load-sensitive control. Imported wire ropes from Verope and hoses from EATON further enhance the crane’s durability and functionality.
These cranes are designed to withstand low-temperature working conditions, meeting the requirement of operating in temperatures as low as 20 degrees Celsius. Additionally, they are engineered to adapt to harsh water conditions, ensuring reliable performance even in challenging marine environments.
