Recently, OUCO’s core technical team visited the manufacturing base of Jiangsu Hengli Hydraulic Co., Ltd. The visit focused on deep technical exchanges regarding marine hydraulic cylinders, Active Heave Compensation (AHC) winches, and crane winches, aiming to evaluate manufacturing capabilities and build a foundation for deeper collaboration.
Deep Dive into Hydraulic Cylinder Manufacturing
Hengli Hydraulic is a recognized leader in core offshore components, known for its strict quality control and advanced processing techniques. During the visit, the OUCO team toured the production workshops, R&D facilities, and testing centers. We observed the entire manufacturing process of marine hydraulic cylinders—from raw material selection and precision barrel machining to piston rod heat treatment, seal assembly, and full-machine pressure testing.
Our engineers also held detailed discussions with the facility’s staff regarding essential technical standards, such as anti-corrosion processes and precision control, highly recognizing their rigorous manufacturing standards.
Technical Focus on AHC and Crane Winches
Beyond hydraulic cylinders, our team conducted a specialized inspection of Hengli’s Active Heave Compensation (AHC) winches and marine crane winches. We thoroughly analyzed their structural design, working principles, and typical application scenarios. This technical verification laid a solid foundation for future cooperation in integrating these advanced components into our offshore equipment.

This strategic visit is a crucial step in optimizing OUCO’s supply chain to better control costs for our clients. We are actively exploring high-performance domestic alternatives to replace traditionally imported AHC systems.
