Recently, OUCO delivered six white 4T14M folding boom telescopic cranes to a European client for installation on commercial fishing vessels. Designed for demanding low-temperature environments—down to -25°C—these cranes will be used primarily for material handling, lifting fishing equipment, and transporting live fish at sea.
Meeting Custom Requirements
To meet the customers’ high standards and align them with those of leading European brands, OUCO paid meticulous attention to detail throughout the production process. Each crane was hot-dip galvanized before painting to significantly enhance corrosion resistance and extend service life, ensuring durability even in the toughest marine conditions.
One of the most unique aspects of this project was the customer’s request for a “dual-boom cargo lifting mode“—allowing two cranes to lift a single load simultaneously, transferring it between booms mid-air without landing.
OUCO’s engineering team tailored the crane design to meet this requirement, achieving seamless coordination between the cranes during operation.In addition, the customer set high expectations for paint quality, finish, and packaging, which OUCO fulfilled with precision. We provided detailed photos and videos throughout the production process, giving the customer full visibility and peace of mind.
