Recently, a group of Russian customers visited OUCO to inspect the ongoing production of four sets of 5T@40M stiff boom cranes. These cranes, designed for shipyard use, feature a lifting speed of 10-20m/min, a lifting height of 50 meters, 360° rotation, and the ability to operate in temperatures as low as -30°C.
During the visit, the customers toured our production line, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the entire manufacturing process—from raw material processing to the assembly of the finished products. They expressed strong interest in our advanced production equipment, strict quality control systems, and efficient production processes, engaging in detailed discussions with our on-site staff.
In the subsequent communication, the customer raised many technical questions about the design of the crane, covering a wide range of aspects such as structural strength, operational stability, ease of operation, and so on. With rich experience and professional knowledge, our technical team gave very professional and detailed answers.
Based on current progress, we expect to deliver this batch of cranes by February next year. This visit was not only a product inspection, but also a valuable opportunity for technical exchange and cooperation between our companies.
