Recently, the OUCO factory welcomed a group of international customers for factory inspections and visits. Mr. Max. Xu, our General Manager, along with colleagues from the Foreign Trade Department, warmly received the esteemed guests. The following is an overview of these visits and inspections.
Singapore Customer Visit
On May 22, experts from Palco Marine Services, a maritime service company based in Singapore, visited our factory to discuss potential cooperation opportunities. This visit marked a significant step towards fostering international collaborations.
South Korean Customer Acceptance Inspection
Also on May 24, we welcomed customers from South Korea who conducted a thorough inspection and accepted the delivery of a Folding Boom Telescopic Marine Crane (SWL 3T6M). Key specifications of this crane include:
- Maximum Torque: 235.2 KNm
- Rotary Torque: 31.6 KNm
- Operating Environment: Suitable for conditions down to -25°C
- Features: Remote control capability
- Certification: KR (Korean Register of Shipping)
Russian Customer Acceptance Inspection
On May 28, Russian customers visited our factory to inspect and accept a Knuckle Boom Marine Crane (SWL 2.85t14m). This crane is designed for outboard lifting operations and boasts the following specifications:
- Lifting Speed: 15m/min
- Lifting Height: 50 meters
- Operating Environment: Suitable for conditions down to -20°C
- Features: Remote control capability
- Performance: Smooth operation in Sea State 3
Canadian Customer Visit
On May 31, Canadian customers visited our factory to evaluate our manufacturing capabilities, particularly focusing on OUCO marine capstan winches. Their ship is currently under construction at the Guangdong COSCO Shipyard, and this visit was a crucial step in assessing our products for their needs.
Indian Customer Visit
On June 1, we had the pleasure of hosting three customers from India, a marine equipment supplier. After initially approving our quotation, the customer visited our factory to learn more about our solutions and capabilities.
