OUCO is excited to announce the successful completion of the Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) for our newly designed 3-ton 40-meter dock floating crane. This latest production crane is now ready for disassembly and transportation.
Powered by a diesel-hydraulic system, the crane is equipped with a Weichai 152kw National II emission standard marine diesel engine unit and holds certification from the China Classification Society ZC.
ZC Certification, issued by the People’s Republic of China Ship Inspection Bureau, is primarily for the statutory inspection of China’s coastal and inland waterway vessels/equipment, adhering to the norms outlined in the “Ship and Offshore Facilities Statutory Inspection Rules.”
Key specifications of this crane include a main hook working radius ranging from 8.5m to 38.5m, with a maximum load capacity of 30 tons. The secondary hook operates within a radius of 9.65m to 40m, handling a maximum load of 8 tons. The crane boasts 360° full slewing capability with a variable amplitude ranging from 0 to 80°.
Even under full load conditions, the hook lifting speed reaches 30 meters per minute, making it suitable for sea states up to class 2 and below.
