Semi-Automatic Container Spreader
The OUCO semi-automatic container spreader is an ideal choice for loading and unloading standard ISO containers. We offer both double-beam and single-beam versions, which can be easily fixed to the hooks of port cranes, gantry cranes, forklifts, and other equipment.
This spreader features a semi-automatic or automatic elastic lock control structural design, eliminating the need for auxiliary components during operation and providing a purely mechanical working mechanism.
The spreader’s load-bearing crossbeam rotary lock is driven by an elastic lock, which moves the rack to open and close the lock head. As a result, crane operators do not need assistance with hooking/unhooking. Ground personnel can determine the rotary lock’s open and closed state by observing the pointer direction.
