OUCO recently delivered two custom-designed 2.5-ton 14-meter telescopic cranes to MHWirth, a leading global provider of drilling solutions based in Germany. After thorough testing, the cranes are now fully operational at the customer’s site, helping improve the operational efficiency of their drilling platforms.
Tailored for the Oil and Gas Industry
Drawing on extensive industry experience, the OUCO team designed these cranes specifically for the oil and gas sector, focusing on the need for lifting and hanging drill bits—every aspect of the cranes, from material selection to part manufacturing, adhered to strict quality standards.
Advanced processes and equipment were employed throughout production to ensure reliable and stable performance. It is designed to be operated by both local and remote control.
Efficient Installation and Commissioning
Upon delivery to the site, the OUCO team promptly deployed to ensure a seamless installation. Despite the limited working area on the platform, the team meticulously planned the installation process and conducted comprehensive checks on the crane’s mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
During commissioning, OUCO technicians adjusted the crane’s parameters and successfully tested its drill bit lifting capabilities. They also provided training on crane operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting for the customer’s team.
