Back in June 2021, a Spanish customer found our website and initiated contact. Our dedicated sales manager, Elva, promptly engaged with them. The customer specified that they needed a grab bucket for the grain industry, primarily for handling bulk goods like beans and peanut mash.

Previously, our client had ordered a dual-cylinder grab, but this time they wanted to explore the use of a single-cylinder grab. Fortunately, our skilled engineers are well-versed in both single and double-cylinder grab technologies. With confidence, OUCO presented a perfect solution.

After assessing the customer’s requirements, OUCO recommended 27 cubic meters of Mechanical Grabs and 14 cubic meters of Remote Control Grabs, and provided a comprehensive proposal. The customer expressed immense satisfaction and promptly placed an order with OUCO.

Soon after receiving the order, OUCO promptly arranged for workers to begin production. Through a series of meticulous production processes and stringent quality inspections, the grab buckets were successfully completed and swiftly dispatched to Spain.

Upon receiving the Chinese grabs, the customer expressed immense satisfaction. While they had mostly purchased European grabs in the past, they found the Chinese grabs to be equally impressive and cost-effective. Pleased with the purchase, the customer conveyed their intention to continue cooperating with OUCO in the future.

Then, in late 2021, the Spanish customer reached out to us again, requesting 7 mechanical grabs and 3 remote control grabs as a buy-back.

We quickly established cooperation., OUCO promptly initiated production upon receiving the order. By March 2022, the custom-made grab buckets were ready for shipment to Spain.
